Mizue: a beautiful, water-side city buckling under its ever-expanding populace.

You explore the small, closed-off neighbourhood as 'Sanjee', doing odd tasks for some of its unique cast of inhabitants. With its colourful architecture and nice vistas to see, Sanjee enjoys taking in the sights of Mizue every day!
An environment I created for a university project. It has a dialogue system for the tasks and some story, but its true strength is in the creative and stunning visuals (and where all the marks were)!
The fps movement system is not mine ("fps drifter", free on the Unity Store). It is a little clunky when going up ramps and also running into walls!

Hi, I've trying out your game and made a video about it that maybe is useful for the future development of the game :D

Also I wanted to share some feedback about it:

-The theme for the game and the visual style are a perfect match :D.

-Adding NPCs for the dialogues and maybe some static ones in the scenario could be awesome.

-At the video I started exploring and found some strange bugs and glitches, hopefuly seen how I've done them you can fix them.

-Adding some soft background music could be great.

That's all I wanted to tell you :D

I hope you continue improving the game further and further :D

Regards.

Wow thanks playing and for the feedback!!

For the university project, most of the marks were directed towards the environment (Bonus marks for some coded functionality, like the dialogue system and the short story). I just wanted a reason for players to move around the environment and attach areas to something other then it's visuals (such as the characters).

The strange glitching of the character is the result of the free player character controller that I acquired from the Unity Asset Store. For all the bugs to be ironed out I will need to create a whole new player character, but it is something that I want to do eventually.

NPCs would be awesome, even if they were just static, I might add them in the future!

I might source some music! Something soft and not to distracting from the visuals!

Thanks for the feedback again! And the video is very insightful and useful!

Cheers!

I'll be very happy to follow you to see how you continue developing games in general :D

Thank you very much!
